Q. Do I need a paypal account to place an order?
No, you may simply check the button “click here” next to “If you currently do not have a paypal account”. Then you will be prompted to enter your billing information.

Q. How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after we receive them.

Q. When will I receive my Package?
We ship all orders by USPS priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please allow 7 to 10 days from the time of order to receive your package. This allows for internal processing and safe packing, along with delivery by the post office. If we can get it to you faster, we certainly will.

Q. Do you ship to all countries?
Yes, but Please allow an extra two to three weeks for package delivery to APO/FPO Boxes and any countries located outside the United States.

Yes. All the ingredients used in our products are FDA approved and regulated to the highest standards, and in most cases are of food grade materials.

After picking out the products you would like to purchase, click “secure checkout” to place you order. During checkout, you will be asked to provide the following:

Q. Can I change my order during checkout?
Yes, as long as you are in the shopping cart section, and have not hit the “secure checkout” button, you can review or update your items before completing your checkout process.

We ship all orders by USPS priority mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Your order is shipped out of our main warehouse which is located in Tampa, Florida.
